Position Summary
Attached to Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible to ensure effective monitoring of the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems according to standards in place.
A day in the life of...
- Update and follow up annual quality & food safety systems planning;
- Ensure compliance to FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, Halal requirements and Nestlé Standards in terms of Quality and Food Safety;
- Implement, monitor and update food safety standards: Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Zoning, Personal Hygiene, HACCP, pathogen monitoring;
- Train other employees on topics related to Quality and Food Safety System;
- Participate in the activities of Total Performance Management (TPM) Quality Pillar.
What will make you successful
- Master/Engineer degree in agro food industry;
- At least 2 years of experience in food factory environment;
- Experience in Quality and Food Safety Standards : FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000/ ISO 9001 and PRP’s;
- Advanced knowledge on microbiology, foreign bodies, allergen and and Chemical contaminant;
- Ability to Train employees;
- Ability to Maintain relationships with external service providers;
- Intermediate in written and spoken English;
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative and ability to communicate with all level of the organization.
