Who Are Solvo Vir? We are an innovative training provider providing training and apprenticeships to organisations and individuals across the UK. Whilst our Apprenticeship business continues to grow, we are now looking for a Compliance Administration Team Leader to successfully manage the compliance & administration function for Apprenticeships within the Business Support Team to ensure that all learner and employer documentation is processed and stored accurately and timely in line with internal policies and processes. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that our data meets ESFA contract requirements and adheres to information security standards. Ensure that the monthly ILR upload to ESFA is maximised and actioned in a timely and accurate manner and that any error reports from the upload are rectified prior to final submission deadline. Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not exclusive to:
To effectively manage and mentor the Compliance & Administration Team (Apprenticeships), ensuring team output is consistently accurate & compliant to ESFA rules and GDPR requirements.
Implement effective and robust processes which ensure all learners are enrolled in month in readiness for ESFA upload.
To manage and monitor the processes, compliance and quality of all documentation which supports the Learner Journey from enrolment through to completion.
To ensure that all documentation is compliant and meets internal and external quality standards.
To monitor and identify compliance issues and be proactive in chasing and following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the ESFA upload is maximised.
To provide the Contracts & Compliance Manager with a weekly progress update including areas of concern.
To manage and report on the ESFA FE Choices learner, employer satisfaction Surveys & the in-house learner & employer surveys.
Manage, monitor and report on the booking of exams, End Point Assessments and invigilation process.
To check Employer DAS accounts and Maytas to ensure ‘double lock’ in a timely and effective manner which ensures enrolments can be processed and uploaded.
To work collaboratively with the Data Analyst to ensure that the ILR batch upload is submitted accurately and timely.
Process and rectify DSAT & Hub reports to maintain clean data records and reduce the impact of funding clawback. Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Fully up to date knowledge & experience of ESFA funding and Apprenticeship requirements
