Who Are Solvo Vir? We are an innovative training provider providing training and apprenticeships to organisations and individuals across the UK. Whilst our ESF business continues to grow, we are looking for a ESF Operations Coordinator in the North to process the learner paperwork from start to completion and monitoring the learners’ journey throughout their qualification. Additional tasks include using data management systems to analyse data, working with a variety of awarding bodies and funding paperwork and reviewing the learners progress. Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not exclusive to:
Manage day to day operational responsibilities of claims processes including processing start and leaver paperwork
Data entry of paperwork onto the MI system in line with contractual and funding requirements
Preparation of management information
Analysis of learner progress highlighting trends and issues
Generating ERN’s and ULNs
Maintaining an effective filing system
Ensuring queries and issues are dealt with quickly
Contributing to caseload reviews
Liaising with assessors where needed
Creating reports and feedback as directed by management
Supporting the organisation in areas including Ofsted inspections, ESFA audits, etc.
Ensuring a consistent administration service for all contracts
To provide management information data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and upon request
Responsible for ensuring data integrity, quality and compliance in relation to contract and audit compliance
