To support the Operations Director, to facilitate and coordinate the Operations Department to meet the needs of the business and client's requirements.
To support the administration needs of the Operations Department and to ensure that the company meets with the operation requirements of the business.
To manage, help and assist the Operations Director with administration process and procedures which are required within an ever-changing dynamic operational environment. Principal Responsibilities
Assisting in the day to day running of the company operations department
Tracking of Regional Manager Monthly reporting and KPI indicators
Working with the Operational team in the continuous review, amendment and development of the cleaning operations across the client sites
Support the Area and Regional Managers with client enquiries and resolutions.
Maintaining and developing relations with key client contacts
Address client enquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery
Support the Company in achieving its annual certifications eg ISO audit
Preparing and co-ordinating monthly service reports for client's monthly meetings for existing and new clients. Chase all necessary information from sub-contractors for the preparation of the monthly Management Information Reports
Raise termination and credit notices and providing information to the relevant departments
Upload and housekeep information on the Company's bespoke IT system
Download and sync site audits on the IT system
Create site specific audits as and when required by the clients
Update Area Managers site/client information on Company's IT system
Audit checks for SPR's under 75% feedback to Operations Director
Board Report/help prepare presentations on business performance for the Operational Department each quarter.
Monthly Brite Star award - assist with promoting and managing the process through the Regional and Area Managers Skills
2 years+ administration experience
Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
