In your role, you will: Supervise and guide the accounting operations in accordance with relevant tax and group accounting policies, where necessary define and revise application guidance. Coordinate proper and timely fulfillment of tax and social returns. Handle accounting operations of fixed assets, accounts payables, treasury and closing activities Manage monthly accounts reconciliations. Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues Suggest action plan on accounting issues and follow up. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Supports budget and forecasting activities. Responds to inquiries from stakeholders regarding Financial Reporting, Accounting and Tax. Ensure a clean and timely year end audit. Manage the treasury and follow up the company s cash flow. Control, analyze and suggest ideas of improvement and optimization regarding reporting and follow up tools. Work with direct reports to establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff. Qualifications As our ideal candidate, You hold a degree in accounting or audit and you are preparing a certificate of charted accounting ideally. You have minimum 10 years of experience and 3 to 5 in a similar position in a multinational operating the manufacturing environment. You master SAP system (FI and MM modules). You have a full proficiency in Microsoft Office. You are fluent in French and English (both spoken and written). You have good analysis skills regarding the financial and operational data. You master the legal and regulatory guidance (IFRS and Moroccan standards). You have pacification and organization skills, and are able to meet the deadlines. You are objectives oriented, disciplined and pragmatic.
