Key tasks Mission
Undertake integrated marketing communications activities of the hotel’s mission and business objectives
Duties embrace Press & Public Relations campaigns, Offline & Online digital communications, Social Media, Research, Events
Manage a team that creates ideas for content online marketing
Monitor the marketing budget to enable development of hotels specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet hotel objective in collaboration with Sales Director and Revenue Manager
Make sure the brand markers (products & services) are in line with the brand guidelines and visible to maximize guest’s experience
BRAND CONTENT
Coordinate internal activities and communications such as media photoshoots with national/regional teams
Manage a fully integrated communications calendar for the Hotel around events, food and beverage, public holidays, need periods
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer engagement
Create events to build hotel awareness or sales offer to promote outlets
Public Relation
Organizes both internal and external PR activities
Proactively explore all online opportunities for the hotels : local business opportunities, city/regional tourism organizations
Handle incoming- and outgoing press, influencer, and blogger requests
Support the PR agency on PR actions & KPI’s
DIGITAL
Oversee all online and offline content creation activities for the hotel, (Content presented to the websites, Accor’s intranet, blogs and social media)
Oversee social media accounts and guarantee performance of KPI’s
Collaborate with Head of Department (Revenue, F&B, Sales, Wellness, Sports Club) to create promotional concepts
In-charge of supplier management related to media/content production under digital marketing manager approval.
Make sure that all communication offline/online is in line with the brands
Maximize awareness of the hotels and offers through digital marketing activity / campaign
Full interactivity on Social media channels with monthly digital reports
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
