Our Position Of Head Of Chocolate Academy In Israel
The Chocolate Academy Chef is responsible for the provision of specific application and product development in response to commercial requests and participation in agreed training programs at the Academy. Under the supervision of the Head of Chocolate Academies, the Chocolate Academy Chef gives classes in the Academy and responds to technical questions from internal and external customers.
Description Of Tasks
Supporting the sales and marketing function through the provision of effective training and demonstrations both within and outside the Academy and directed to increase sales volumes, profitability and brand awareness.
Taking ownership in creating, innovating, implementing and communicating specific customer segment product development applications.
Managing specific trainings within budget targets and quality targets provided.
Ensuring that the Academy and its tools are maintained to the best possible level during activity.
Providing trainings and demonstrations to the highest possible level of competence and within the objectives established by customer and commercial requests.
Being responsible for the planning of specific Academy courses, curriculum and external trainings.
Driving the execution of agreed training program in the Academy and externally to meet set commercial objectives.
Participating in the yearly Chef Seminar, and Regional & International Ambassador Meetings.
Coordinating and provisioning requests for marketing and trade marketing, based on information provided by local markets to make recommendations where appropriate to central marketing on new products, ranges, tools etc.
Evaluating the ongoing profitability of individual courses and amending future programs to meet maximize incomes.
Coaching and providing instructions to relevant stakeholders.
Your Profile
10+ years of experience as a chef working in pastry and chocolate, both domestic and internationally
Good understanding of commercial and training objectives for all specific activities.
Experience in working with large end users and/or manufacturing companies
Strong communication skills
Good teaching skills
Fluent in English and Hebrew
