Job Summary
The Stationery Intern Will Help In Executing The Brand Marketing Plan, Within The Company Guidelines To Meet The Category Goals And Ensure That Both Sales Volume And Profit Goals Are Achieved/ He Or She
Assists in developing and executing ATL and BTL activities in Morocco to meet BIC’s stationery objectives in Morocco, within approved annual budget.
Analyzes and compares Stationery results vs. objectives to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives (trade and consumer promotions, activations…)
Main Responsibilities / Tasks
Assist in developing and executing the Stationery Marketing Plans
Manage the marketing activities under his/her responsibilities which implies forward thinking, execution, follow up and post-evaluation
Participate in various cross-functional teams – Sales, Trade Marketing and externally with local support agencies such as Digital, Print and Activation agencies
Develop reports and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the market, competitors and consumers (i.e. flash reports, benchmarks, punctual requests…)
Responsible for Brand Communications/talk in digital: Check local language, adaptations, KV and trends to comply with local regulations/social acceptance
Key Performance Indicators / Key Figures
Results of key stationery marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Meeting deadlines / Respecting timelines of Stationery Marketing Plans and their executions
Respect of the Stationery guidelines, MPD, brand DNA & identity (logos, colors, tagline, typeface…)
Continuous interaction with the Marketing team, local Sales team, CS & Finance teams
