Job Description
At Avito we are looking for a growth mindset person to fill the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position and continue developing our leading position in different sectors (Auto, Real Estate & Consumer Goods). The CMO will be part of the management team and will actively contribute to the definition of the strategy and ensure strong alignment and execution. The CMO will help grow and empower the Marketing Team to be their best and achieve great results together with the rest of the organization.
Responsabilities
Develop and own strategy for users acquisition, activation & retention to grow our market penetration
Translate company vision and strategy into Market actions ensuring perfect execution and alignment
Actively contribute to the overall strategy and growth definition of the company
Determine and keep close tracking of KPIs with existing frameworks or developing new analytical ones
Develop and nurture agile and experimental mindset on the execution of the marketing strategy
Lead & develop the marketing team (Hire, inspire & coach the team to be their best)
Develop Avito’s brand, identifying strengthens and weaknesses and translating insights into strategy and perfect execution
Develop strategy to help with awareness and promotion of the revenue generating features
Requirements
+7 years proven work experience in Marketing, Corporate strategy or product management in a Technology company
Master or MBA degree
High learning agility (you are a fast & keen learner)
Experience leading cross-functional projects with proven record of success and impact
Excellent analytical and problem solving aptitude combined with brilliant communication skills
Ability to lead and inspire a team working in a cross functional environment
Ability to Design Marketing/Growth experiences
Agile – an ability to adapt to change and quickly pivot
