We are looking for an Area Commercial Manager to join our Deployment department. If you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within an FMCG. If you have a university degree in Business Administration, or any other related field degree. If you are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Rise to the challenge
Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will collaborate with the Country Director in the overall effort to design and deploy commercial plans in line with the overall national marketing and sales strategy.
More specifically, you will
- Deploy the national commercial strategy in the area while proposing territory specific fine tunings.
- Propose a bottom-up plan based on territory dynamics and consumer profiles.
- Lead and allocate trade engagement off-line and on-line (Digital Trade Engagement) budget.
- Manage Consumer Engagement budget in line with brand BPWATTS and Touchpoints Segmentation (day/night).
- Coach, evaluate and track agency and hostess performance on Consumer Engagement activities.
- Ensure all Consumer Engagement investments and programs are in line with commercial strategies to support PM share growth.
- Monitor the execution of trade programs & identify business opportunities.
- Analyze distributor’s business performance and design action plans for the commercial teams.
- Find opportunities to enhance staff capabilities, competencies and business knowledge.
