Four Seasons Casablanca is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does.

  • We are looking for an individual who:
    Prospects and sells to individual accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the objectives established in the marketing plan.
    Ensures that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available room
    Pursues, evaluates solicits, sells and confirms business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
    Invites potential users to tour the property and conducts individual tours highlighting the facilities and services.
    Develops overseas accounts if required to do so by planning and conducting international sales trips.

    Experience And Knowledge

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Hospitality Industry experience is a must
    Strong and effective interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills
    Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of achievement and a sales driven mindset
    Has strong organization and people management skills
    French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory - Arabic is a plus
    Travel is required; both domestic and international
