Key Responsibilities
Responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services support across multiple HR functions to a particular site or geographic area. Responsibilities include:
Team member consultation on benefits administration/programs,
Maintaining team member files and records
Providing operational support on Onboarding/off-boarding/transfers and assisting with other HR COE shared services work.
Assists with the administration of vendor programs and manages vendors’ service level performance.
Project manages site and cross-functional HR operations related initiatives.
Essential Requirements
Strong communication skills in both English and French
Typically requires 2+ years of related experience
Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs)
Strong ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer
Strong knowledge of a broad spectrum of HR policies and practices
