Responsibilities
1. Office Admin & Management:
- Office establishment, registration support.
- Office logistics, asset and facility management.
- Archive the documents from General Manager and Regional Managers, regarding distributors, products and marketing, etc.
- Assist sales force to follow up the processing status of purchase order.
- Organize, support and participate in workshops, congress, exhibitions and fairs.
- Timely and accurate operational reports to General Manager.
2. Policy & Procedure Establishment:
- Business expense claim and reimbursement
- Fixed asset management
- Office daily operation and management
- Document filing
3. Public Relation:
- Coordinate and liaise with government bodies, law firms, logistic companies, travel agencies, telecommunication companies, insurance company, CPA and auditors, property agency etc.
- Provide good assistance between distributors/clients and UIH.
- Insurance and claims settlements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, five years and above relevant working experience.
2. Possess favorable communication, collaboration and expressing ability.
3. Possess hard working spirit, and accept the arrangement of working aboard and extra work.
4. Possess the ability of bearing working pressure, self-learning and working independently.
5. Fluently English speaking, writing, and talking.
